One World Trade Center Construction Reaches Midway Point

NEW YORK, NY – MARCH 01: Work continues on One World Trade Center (L) and the 9-11 memorial (C) March 1, 2011 in New York City. Government spending cuts passed by the House would cut grants for antiterrorism work by $22 million at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
